The hosts just play the game. I continue to suggest they know or are given lists of names.

I doubt any of them would have known "Doctor Elvis" from an average guy on the street. And then they throw out names like Diana Ross or Tina Turner who wouldn't ever be caught dead on this show. They're just playing the game.
