I'm probably in the minority on this. I do think some of it is the universities.

If I were King,
debt forgiveness would be need to be combined with some kind of reduction in degrees that aren't being used in the marketplace
Universities should exist to train our advanced workforce and expand the body of knowledge. Programs that aren't accomplishing those 2 things at a university should be scrutinized.
