my disability student just told me that the line at the Hub took over the whole second floor. they sectioned it off by residence hall

and east halls had no line at all. the rest (north, south, west) were jammed. (four check-in people per residence hall set.)
"how many people?"
hundreds.
"hundreds??"

"a thousand?"
close. very close. but it was seven a.m. nobody gets up that early.
alex waited an hour.
