While BBing I came across the National Park question and looked up the smallest NP. Got two answers...

at 0.02 acres is tye Thaddeus Kocsiuszko National Memorial in Philadelphia(?), PA. The other answer was Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas, 5,500 acres.
