Sunshine definitely had to go. He was awful. When you're green, don't know what you're doing, and making mistakes, you can't add sleeping on the job and being late for work to that and expect to keep your job.
I was on team Francesca, but now I'm starting to see Lizzy's side a bit. Lizzy was definitely not doing a good job, but I think she's doing better now but once on Francesca's list, I don't think she ever gets off it.
Rachel is a total nut case.
I don't remember the new deckhand's name because I just call him mafic.
