I'm sorry but looking at the numbers Abreu, Hudson and Buehrle just don't have the complete career and the numbers to go to the hall.

Abreu is close but he played a long time to accumulate stats and still fell short of the big ones. His lack of power at a time when the whole league was mashing home runs hurts him. He was never the league leader, won no batting titles and just one gold glove.
Hudson fell off after getting to Atlanta and wasn't the same dominant pitcher that was heading the the Hall when he was in Oakland. He had a very good career but his numbers just aren't good enough. Buehrle has the no-hitter and perfect game but those aren't enough to overcome what stats he's lacking. He and Andy Pettitte have similar numbers and neither are HoF worthy, imo.
