Instant Pot Beef and Boccolli link with a couple tweaks (it was soooo good)

I made a few changes:

1. I used fresh broccoli and steamed it for about 2-3 mins then put it right in an ice bath to stop the cooking before stirring it into the Instant Pot (I actually cooked it in the morning and had it in the fridge to save time)
2. I added about a TBS of minced fresh ginger because I am a ginger lover.
3. I used 3 cloves of garlic.
4. I used the sriracha rather than chili garlic sauce – I only used the recommended 2 tsp, but could have added more.

I sprinkled the top with sliced green onions right before serving.

The Beef Stroganoff recipe on the same site for the Instant Pot is also a huge hit in our house!!
