I don’t. He’s exactly what Democrats need in WV. An electable Democrat. This one-party hegemony is what has gotten us where we are

To win, you can’t just espouse the party line, you need to say it louder and more rigidly. That’s an exercise in futility for proper governance.
Manchin keeps WV from being 100% GOP. I’ll take 75% agreeable over 95% disagreeable.
