They already had their HQ in Cary, NC. The mall was supposed to be turn in to a multi-use center with sports courts, a Dave and Busters, and a food

mall with different restaurants. But the game company came in and bought it all up. There are a lot of mixed feelings about it.
Of course, originally it was supposed be Ikea coming in and buying the land. But they back out a few years ago, and people are still a little upset about that. And by people I mean me.
