No, seriously. I kind of hope the entire GOP burns to the ground and a genuine, honest, intellectual Republican Party emerges from the ashes. A party with integrity and smart ideas from a conservative-to-moderate perspective without all the wing-nutty crap.
I think the U.S. has always been served by at least two vibrant, passionate, committed, and wholly informed political parties arguing with each other respectfully while focusing on solving problems, not jockeying for political points.
Diversity is good including diversity of thought and ideology.
