If he was temporarily removed from the office, it would be up to the Acting President (i.e., V.P. Pence) to decide where he could stay.
I got ahead of myself earlier. I jumped to "removal" too soon.
If Trump was removed, he could be escorted out immediately. Once he is an ex-President, he would still have visiting privileges, but not rights to the residence.
But then Trump Tower is just a few blocks away. I'm sure he can find a room there.
