If cleveland is able to instill even moderate player discipline into him (like he showed in the second half of 2019) he could be a legit all-star level player. His athleticism is so tantalizing, that it's easy to dream on what he could be.
You're right that lottery tickets rarely actually hit, but that's exactly why cleveland getting two in the deal is valuable, unlike literal lottery tickets a team can hit on many of them if they scout the right ones.
