And I fear that there is a generation (or generation and a half) that grown up knowing nothing but 'reality' TV

TV/newspapers and most publishing has gatekeepers, editors. Social Media means everyone has the same voice, almost the same volume which SM exploits - zeitgeist Jan 7, 20:09
