TV/newspapers and most publishing has gatekeepers, editors. Social Media means everyone has the same voice, almost the same volume which SM exploits

the sensible stalwart common sense looses because they don't constantly make incitable claims, posts and push buttons, the vax industry didn't know it had to defend itself from aunt becky and her research into the truth.
with fb programing, if you click angry face when she posts about vax making you gay, you see more and more of that shit.
this is the opposite of how main stream media works
