1 gunshot wound (presumably an attacker shot by police)
1 person crushed in the crowd
1 police officer with what I'd guess was an intracranial hemorrhage from the fire extinguisher the attackers
1 heart attack (rumoured to be a dude who accidentally tased himself in the nuts)
1 person in the crowd with a stroke
... so I'd count that as 4 from the violence, 1 not.
