I think it would have been best to have the NFL set up the bubble instead of leaving it up to teams where you're bound to have teams that don't do

enough.
You can see it with what's happening with the virus in our country. We left it up to the states to figure things out for themselves instead of setting up a strong controlled federal response for everyone.
The NBA bubble seemed to work better than what the NFL or MLB did.
