but still, teams like the Browns, Raiders, etc. would didnt care to enforce what rules existed seem to be at fault to me.
granted, I dont know the exact details on the brown's covid issue, and it maybe wasnt fully preventable without an all encompassing bubble.
but its different to do a bubble over 6-8 weeks compared to 5 months.
