How would he win two electoral votes in Nebraska?

My understanding is that the three congressional districts each elect one elector by popular vote and the remaining two are chosen by popular vote across the state.
To win two EVs from Nebraska, Obama would either have to win the popular vote across the state but lose it in every one of the districts (which is impossible), or win two of the congressional districts and still lose the popular vote (which could happen, but I understand the only district he has a shot in is the one centred on Omaha.
