Does Roy Rogers still exist outside of NY Thruway rest stops?

I was really tempted to order something from the one I stopped at to use the bathroom but the whole thing (including the employees) looked really sad. They also killed the fixin's bar because of Covid, but they'll give you whatever toppings you want if you ask.
