We had a girl in our work beer league who was a D2, D3 pitcher. She’d practice and let us take hacks.

I was incredibly proud that I made solid enough contact once to get a ball out of the infield. Granted it was a lazy ‘flyball’ that was ten feet high at its apex and landed 2’ off the dirt, and could have been caught barehanded by a 7yr old but still.
