The IT folks say proper process is the site with a gap like that should fail closed so you can’t do this. Instead this seems to have failed open.

I was wondering the same, but I think the issue was in how they handled losing Twilio access - I think it exposed underlying flaws -- nm

sorry, before they went fully down, but after a lot of services pulled, they had a big bot sign up. they'll be a mess when/if they open up
