screwed this all up and wrapped it in so much red tape.

Scott Stringer has a post on Twitter that talks about how difficult it is to make an appointment online and that there's very little chance people 75+ are going to be able to figure it all out.

Also, 24hr. vaccination sites are nice but without 24hr subway service people will have difficulty getting to the sites. Also, the BK Navy Yard isn't near a subway stop.
