the inconsistencies are wild. In TX & OK, if you live in a rural county - you got a shot for various reasons. In an orderly manner.

I know of the following:
a couple ( one is diabetic) got vaccines from their doctor daughter
older 2nd cousins went to their county health dept - no issues & orderly set up
2 younger cousins ( in a small town) with no pre-existing conditions who already had COVID got vaccines ( one works in a doctor's office so I'm guessing that is how?)
