In 1999, Peyton was 3rd behind 2 Rams. He was the AFC MVP on a 13-3 team.

They lost first game.

Peyton definitely took a lot of smoke for losing first rd games. He did that a lot. Going into year 3, I’d say expectations were just as high for PFM -- nm
