I get what pmb is saying below, it's a learning curve, but the wording just seems like willful ignorance.

If they're taking out specific number of doses each day, and a recipient doesn't show up, there should be someone on standby to receive the dose.

It's just inefficient, wasteful, and potentially deadly.
