He’s not a Jamarcus Russell or Dwayne Haskins where he comes out of nowhere, impresses in college and then tanks in the pros due to not giving a fuck.

You do this, better be flat out right on both sides of the equation; both giving up on him and the guy you replace him with. Kyler for Rosen.
