The more I see, the more I think that there were many small conspiracies and probably not a single overriding one. I think it this was not just a mob

riled up acting spontaneously, but a lot of groups with plans for something. BTW, I don't think that let's Trump off the hook. They were still acting on his weeks of riling them up and setting that date as an inflection point. But they came with plans. They had people on the inside helping (whether police or congressional staffers or members) and they had plans far worse than I realized at the time I was watching it.
