For the GOP, the only number that matters is his approval among Republican voters

and especially Republican voters that vote in primaries.
I will be curious to see what Trump's status is within the GOP 6 months or a year from now. I think there's a real chance he fades away pretty quickly (and given his lifestyle and weight, there's a real chance he'll be dead by 2024).
