they've moved the 'real' inauguration day to Mar. 4, which is what it was prior to the 20th amendment. I love the simultaneous "we must follow the RULES!" thinking alongside the "I ignore the clearly laid out rules if they are inconvenient to me, because [secret reason why they're not valid based on the Magna Carta and the phases of the moon]"
