Ok, so, it's 1986, set in Central America. Well-known director, interesting premise. It's only on Google Play (unless I can find it on DVD or BluRay).

While I may have seen parts of "Witness" on tv, after all, I do not believe I've seen anything of this one. Might be wrong.
