That would be American crude out of Wyoming as there is no northern segment coming out of Canada

that is connected. They could have built this years ago by adding 50 miles to the length, the added cost was still way less then the cost of delaying it those years. There is something else going on there as Kenny had to come up with a guarantee, and they have paid up front about $1.6 billion to get the line to the U.S. border, were are the capitalists. Trans-mountain will always be first choice to ship oil as you are selling it on the world market.
