She couldn't watch a video unless I showed it to her.
I've tried writing detailed instructions but it doesn't work.

I'm thinking her landlord could get a picture and text it to me tomorrow.
She thought one of her many doctors or the dialysis center would give it to her but they're not getting it.

Responses:
