Here, I think we opt IN when getting our driver's licenses.

So the law now says "everyone is an organ donor"?
- is it now "anyone that dies past a certain date?"
- born since a certain date?
- how do you go about opting out?
- parents have to opt out their kids, and then can the kids opt back IN when they're an adult?
