My young cousin died in a ski accident when I was young, and we spent 2 days testing over and over again to see if we could get his organs and give them to someone in need. I don't remember the details, I was too young, but there was always something (a tiny bit of blood in the brain maybe?) which made it impossible. In the end, we only managed to give his cornea.
Since then, I've been pro organ donation to the point of starting argument with friends who said they didn't like it.
Making opt-out would be such a boost in organ donation IMO, for people who don't care enough either way to tell their loved ones what they thought about it
