Those are the (unofficial) names for color combinations.

They come from the Ravnica sets, where each guild is a two color combination. Rakdos is black and red, while Orzhov is black and white.

There's also names for three color combinations, which come from other sets, one of which is really old, and one from about 5 years ago.
