A married man with two children tells his wife he's leaving her for the subject of a book he'd written.

She kills herself.

Her children worry that she will never get into Heaven and blame the mistress.

The father decides it's a swell idea to take his two children and his fiancee to a lodge in the dead of winter.

The only survivor of a religious cult, she has issues with iconography. Guess what the house is filled with?

The dude randomly leaves for an extended period, leaving his lover with the two children who despise her.

Guess what! It goes bad!
