I'm not for ending the filibuster, but I am for reforming it.

1) As I understand the current process a Senator can basically just say "I filibuster that" and it's filibustered. I say make them go back to the original process and make them hold the floor to block the vote. It would require more effort.

2) Reduce the number of votes needed to override the filibuster from 60 to 55.
