Does it seem strange to anyone here that I am only able to file an appeal re: an insurance claim via mail? Can't fax anything, only mail.

The medical company wants me to call back with a claim number that honestly, I'm not sure I'll get if I am mailing my appeal letter with a "promise" to hear back from the insurance company within 60 days.

that sucks. make sure you take a copy of the forms and send via mail that gives you a confirmed receipt. -- nm - Andie Jun 24, 14:49
