Ok should I be concern ?

So this morning I made a payment to Qwest actually it was a future payment for monday no biggie. Anyway when I looked at my account balance this afternoon I saw that there was debit made today to qwest that was declined due to invalid exp date and it was for a different amount than I was gonna make. So anyway after calling qwest twice and my bank. They show no record of my card being used other than for my future payment. However they did see a payment for the amount that was tried to be debited from my account. She basicly told me it looked like an imput error without getting specific.. All she could tell me that the card numbers were similar and that the person is near my location. But that she didnt think it was fraud cause the customer gave his information when they gave the card#. Should I be comcern or as the lady told me just dont worry about it.
