I get the sense that Douglas isn't likely to make that deal. He knows we need more than just a QB and giving away all those picks and

possibly Williams leaves us in the same position as this season but with a much better QB. He still has a weak OL, weak WR, weak CBs, etc.
I'm sure he wants to make a deal for him but not at the cost that's being talked about.
