i saw a family member posting on FB that the blackouts are because all the wind turbines are frozen solid

plenty of very cold climates have wind turbines and don't experience this. i think this goes into the same reason Texas only has 24 plow trucks

I don't think I've seen them. We have a few small ones that look like the vehicles used to move small pallets. We need many more but there's an issue
