I don't think I've seen them. We have a few small ones that look like the vehicles used to move small pallets. We need many more but there's an issue

We have a bunch of the small vehicles sitting unused as plows because we don't have the plow attachments. The sanitation department is allowed to buy the vehicles but they're not allowed to buy the attachments because of some rule. Everything I've read about it gives me a headache due to the ridiculousness of it all.
