15.2m fully vaccinated. That's 30.4m shots. That means another 24.7m gotten only 1 dose. That's a total of 55.1m. Where's the other 16.6m?

Either someone is bogarting the extra doses or someone's gotten more than 2 shots! BURN DOWN THE HOSPITALS UNTIL THOSE EXTRA DOSES ARE ACCOUNTED FOR!
