Ok...I'm getting it now. So if the best they can do from a scrapyard for my car is say...$500. Then I can get the $4500 voucher, plus the $500 scrap

price toward the new car...unless the dealer puts an incentive on top of this.
Either way...I still don't think we have enough to get a brand new car...so this all may be moot for us.
