yeah, we're fine. we left when it looked like it might turn, but it didn't. apparently someone mentioned it at the super bowl.

burned down 86 houses, but the firefighters saved ~200 others in the burn zone. they haven't technically given the all clear yet, and there are still 45 firefighters attending, so I guess some stuff is probably still smouldering away. it was pretty big, so I imagine the cleanup will go on for a while.
