Overshare. Latest doc visit cholesterol test results

Oct 2017 (I think this was my first test)
Cholesterol total: 325 (<200)
HDL: 40 (>=60)
Triglycerides: 294 (<150)
LDL: 226 (<100)
Cholesterol/HDL: 8.1 (<4.5)

Oct 2019
Cholesterol total : 250
HDL : 52
Triglycerides: 74
LDL: 180
CHOL/HDLC RATIO: 4.8 (<5.0)
Non HDL Cholesterol: 198 (<130)

Feb 2021
Cholesterol total: 262
HDL: 50
Triglycerides: 55
LDL: 197
CHOL/HDLC RATIO: 5.2 (<5.0)
Non HDL: 212 (<130)

My other metabolic stuff was all in the normal ranges.

Been exercising 3 days a week for the past 9 months. I'm already on a statin but haven't been taking it for about a two weeks because my prescription ran out (ie: the visit). Don't think that change moved the needle at all. I wish I had a test pre/post weight loss while on the meds but I don't see a record of it. As I recall, losing 60+ pounds didn't change anything either vs. going onto the medications.

Can't fight those cholesterol genes I guess.
