Hugo Weaving was asked to take a pay cut *after* Capt. America: The First Avenger to do Avengers:Endgame. That's unheard of is the world of tentpole sequels.

Before he got 'Moon Knight' Oscar Isaac swore he'd never do bidness with Disney again after Poe Dameron/Star Wars. (His agent must have put his foot down or something.)
