Calif has one ballot recall election, you vote recall yes or no...AND if recalled who will you vote for. a higher % of recallers tend to vote

unlike the usual, first you vote to recall, and if so, they have another election to detirmine who will replace or remain in office.
this has led to some stunning upsets.
including iirc, Schwartzenegger becoming gov.
