...you make it sound like there are still cigarettes within easy obtainment?

That needs to be addressed if that's true. Also lighters. Too convenient. Gotta go.
I'd also recommend getting rid of ashtrays. They're a visual reminder.
In your car, I'd take the cigarette lighter knob thingy out and put it in the house.

I know it sounds like I'm being extra, but that's because brains fight dirty!
