Yes it can happen. Judges can sign a persons life and assets away without any documentation from a doctor. My Aunt said to me last week “ this is unbelievable, did you know you could just say I’m in capable and you could have the courts hand you my house and my donkeys?!” I told her “ spoiler alert Aunt Sandra, NO ONE wants your donkeys” and we had a good laugh.
